General Terms and Scope of Agreement

By accessing the jata9 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you fully agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and jata9.

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and relevant promotional notices, form the complete contractual framework of jata9. Users who use the platform without reading or understanding these terms do so entirely at their own risk.

• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Funds derived from money laundering or illegal activities will not be accepted.

jata9 may request additional identity verification for any transaction. Deposits or withdrawals via bank transfer are not available on this platform.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers at jata9 are subject to the general terms described in this section as well as the specific terms of each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount.

Additional bonus terms:

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Multiple accounts or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If a bonus is obtained by fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• jata9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any existing bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on jata9 are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. The following points about gaming are important for all users to know:

• If a game result is voided due to a technical malfunction, the wager will be refunded.

• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Failure of third-party services (payment providers, internet service providers).
• Temporary unavailability of the platform during technical maintenance.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

jata9 is an entertainment platform. No guarantee of profit from gaming is provided, and all betting activities carry financial risk.

Account Restriction & Closure Policy

jata9 may temporarily restrict or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• As a protective measure under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (subject to bonus and wagering requirements) will be available for withdrawal. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violation.
